Oh, the depth of the riches
both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God!
How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past tracing out!
Romans 11:33

Are you a believer? When you read verses like Romans 11:33 what happens to your heart? Do you know what the implications are of this passage? God is so far above humanity because He is God Almighty. Sinless. Pure. We can’t reach Him.
But He can reach us. That’s the mystery. Why would He?
He is so Holy.

He wants us. So, God sent Jesus as a man, but not a sinner. He wanted to be close to us. He wanted to be in us, so He gave us the Holy Spirit.
But God is not distant. He is not far off. Acts 17:27. He lets us choose to turn to Him or away.
When we listen to the voice of the Spirit our first step is repentance. Acts 3:19. And in repenting, we accept Jesus, by faith. Acts 4:12.
We have a relationship with God through His Word, talking to Him through the Spirit, to Jesus, and by interacting with other believers, and sharing the Gospel with the lost.
In our relationship with God, we enjoy the riches of His goodness and grace.
And the promise that God will always keep is this.
Psalm 119:165 Those who love your law have great peace. Nothing causes them to stumble.1
