…We believe that Christ’s love controls us. Since we believe that Christ died for all, we also believe that we have all died to our old life. Romans 5:14 (NLT)
Does Christ’s love control you?
Does the love of Jesus and all that He did for you wholly possess you?

That doesn’t mean that you did one single thing to merit grace. But it does mean that in your heart you know what Jesus has done for you.
You want to go to the very ends of your world just to find the lost. You want to share with lost people what you have known deeply about Jesus.
You want to honor Christ with every breath.
And when you fail, when you slip into sin, your sorrow for your abuse of His love and grace drives you to Him for restoration. Not that salvation is lost. But the Spirit restores you to a right relationship with God.
You won’t turn away. You won’t let the distance linger.

When you respond to the sin that Jesus took on Himself for humanity, you will understand this:
He died for everyone
so that those who receive his new life
will no longer live for themselves.
Instead, they will live for Christ,
who died and was raised for them.
2 Corinthians 5:15
When you love Jesus, nothing will keep you from taking the Gospel to even one.
