1 John 4:19 We love him, because he first loved us. (WEB)
Everyone knows that Easter is the day that Christians everywhere celebrate the resurrection of Jesus.
What a wonder that the God of the universe would choose to sacrifice His Son in such a way as He did.
I hope that you all know the mystifying gift of God’s Love. Matthew 1:21
Isaiah 53:1-12 (WEB)
God gave His Son to save the world!
This is the most profound wonder. He called out to redeem people who did not love Him. He pursues people who are not looking for Him.
I see God everywhere!

I see Him in His beautiful creation, in kind hearts, in His weary, faithful servants and in new life.
I see Him in the lives of believers who choose forgiveness over anger and retribution.
I see Him in the patient control He has over this dark and broken world.
Tell the story of Redeeming Love in your world every chance you get.
See how great a love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God! For this cause the world doesn’t know us, because it didn’t know him. 1 John 3:1 (WEB)

*Please always read scripture in context. The passage in Zephaniah is specifically about a time in the future when God will see Israel repent and run to Him for salvation. This passage is an expression of joy from God for the salvation of His people. But all people can be wrapped up in this same expression of God’s love. Why? Because God rejoices when even one sinner repents. God loves you! John 3:16
