“Oh, how generous and gracious our Lord was! He filled me with the faith and love that come from Christ Jesus… “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners…” 1 Timothy 1:14&15 (NLT)
God knew that Adam and Eve would sin. They were not victims. They willingly rebelled against God. The gap between God and man had begun.
But God didn’t abandon His plan for redeeming the world.
The Gospel is completely displayed in Genesis 3 (NLT). That’s why Adam’s sons, Cain and Able had a choice to make.
Cain rejected God’s grace, but Abel followed God and was eternally secure. God redeemed Abel not for being sinless. Abel surrendered his heart in humility and faith.
Genesis 4:3-4 (NLT)
“You will be accepted if you do what is right...”

“…a harvest of fruit ”
Cain knew right from wrong. Read what God told him.
“…But if you refuse to do what is right, then watch out! Sin is crouching at the door, eager to control you. But you must subdue it and be its master.” Genesis 4:7 (NLT)
He chose dishonor and rebellion.
Time passed, and people grew more wicked, abandoning God. Through Adam’s son, Seth, a godly line began worshipping the Creator again. This godly lineage included Jesus.
Here are just a few upright men from the line of Seth. Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech, and Noah.
God has His people everywhere, even in this dark world. Are you bringing Light?
Share the Gospel in your world.
