The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever.
Do not forsake the works of Your hands.
Psalm 138:8
Here is a promise that I know you can count on if you are a believer.
Actually, this verse has several promises in it, not just the one that seems most obvious at first glance.

Take a look.
The Lord will…
As a believer, anytime I see that phrase, I know I can put my full faith and confidence in whatever God says. He does not lie. The Lord is faithful and true. He never goes back on His word.
…perfect that which concerns me…
God has a perfect plan for your life that no trouble or despair can interfere with. He already has the outcome in His hands.
Your mercy, O Lord, endures, forever.
Mercy forever from our Father. What more could be said?
Do not forsake the work of Your hands.
You and I are the work of His hands. He never leaves.
Hebrews 13:5 “…I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Deuteronomy 31:6 …He will not leave…
1 Chronicles 28:20 …He will not leave…
I will praise You with my whole heart;
Before the gods I will sing praises to You.
Psalm 138:1

In the day when I cried out, You answered me,
And made me bold with strength in my soul.
Psalm 138:3
