Here is an audio link for today’s post.
Because iniquity will be multiplied, the love of many will grow cold.
Matthew 24:12
Can you see coldness in the world? Do you sense it in your own life?
A sense of apathy about the love of God is growing. Even among believers.
This darkness is spreading like a contagion across the world.
It is deadly.

In Matthew 24, Jesus taught the disciples about the last days. He wanted them to understand about the danger of cold heartedness.
For those who don’t know Him, that coldness can pull them away from His love forever.
For believers, it can lead them into selfishness and away from obedience to Christs’ Great Commission. (Matthew 28:18-20)
On Thursday, Seed Basket will begin a look at the Olivet Discourse. Here, Jesus spends time teaching us how to prepare for one of the darkest periods that the Church has ever known. Those who love Him, will endure to the end.
Those who remain resolute in their selfishness, will find it harder to come to repentance and faith. They will be pulled away by a desire for worldly contentment.
You can know your own heart.
“Examine your own selves, whether you are in the faith. Test your own selves. Or don’t you know about your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.”
2 Corinthians 13:5
